Yesterday the manager of the Woodbury store, stopped at my house on her way home to reinstall a bedroom blind the store had repaired for me, that I had been unable to re-hang. She did this out of the goodness of her heart, at no charge, and with great efficiency. I had struggled with it the day before for over an hour unsuccessfully, but she simply snapped it into place and screwed in the screws, and voila – it didn’t fall down!
